2000 Gs300 Driver Door Lock Not Working

I have tested the door switch and found that if it is switched off as if the door is closed the door locks will not work.

My 01 lexus gs300 has a problem with the remote opener. I have a lexus 2000 gs300 model the reverse gear does not work last month. Aaa showed me a way to unlock it by using emergency release lock. It is a 2002 honda accord 4cyl special edition.

First click usually unlocks the drivers door second click unlocks the other 3 doors. To lock up the car clicking the remote will lock 3 doors but again the drivers door must be locked with the key. A new to me xts 2013 with 36k miles. My gs300 developed problem today.

If i force it down or use the interior switch to. The driver door lock control does not lock or unlock the passenger side door. Door locks not working with remote or the button. All doors and trunk are closed.
