2003 Jetta Passenger Door Window Off Track

I took the panel off but couldn t get far enough to see what s really wrong.

My 2003 jetta passenger side window fell down this morning the window was iced and it didn t move as the motor tried lower it. I have a 2003 vw jetta and the passenger side window fell into the door.
